Wheat Paste After The Street workshop by Slinat

The beauty of street art is that you don’t need an expensive canvas or frame to display your work. Slinat, a well-known Balinese street artist, creates most of his works on walls and uses recycled materials as his medium.

Wheat paste is one of the weapons used by street artists to paste images on walls. Activists and various subculture proponents often use this adhesive to flypost their pieces & artworks.

This workshop invites participants to create a work using the tide patch technique, onto a medium (cardboard or cloth) by using wheat paste, and you can paint it with spray paint typically used by street artist to make your own artwork from your own photos.
